I love helping people succeed and for the past 25 years I have been helping multi billion dollar organisations build their leadership capability with talent strategies to achieve extraordinary outcomes. I know a thing or two about how to develop leaders, scaling teams, and aligning people for success having spent the last 25 years working across 30+ industries to do just that, including: 

  • Driving the people component of a private equity business turnaround from $0 EBIT in Y1 to $23m EBIT in Y3, including 500+ hires in 3 years
  • Managing the people component of a successful sale of a private equity owned business, which was split in two and sold to two separate buyers. Replacing 40% of the sales team in 18 months (30 roles) prior to the sale
  • Creating leadership and enterprise wide talent and succession programs in multibillion dollar businesses to drive business transformation, build leadership capability, recruit executive and middle management talent and manage  risks (QIC, Coles, Australia Post, Spotless).
  • Leading the HR delivery, workforce planning and resourcing for the Office of the 2006 Commonwealth Games
  • Helping entreprenurs scale with talent strategies that build their leadership pipeline and give the owner freedom and the ability to increase their business valuation
  • Judge on the Australian Telstra Business Women of the Year Awards for a number of years

I believe that success in business, careers and life is underpinned by strong self leadership and that better leaders create a better world.

I've been coaching people since I was 15 years of age

It all started with netball, that's when I first got the taste of inspiring people to action. 15 sprained ankles later and my netball days are over but I have continued on with my love for teaching, helping and coaching people just like you lead, grow and create success in life and business.

I'm particularly passionate about building resilience and the subject of self leadership, not only for leaders but teams as well. I often coach CEOs and their teams concurrently to help them get traction on their vision and business strategy. 

I bring a holistic view of business and personal resilience to my coaching having overcome a crippling autoimmune condition and survived a near death experience on the Inca Trail in Peru. These experiences and the personal development I undertook on my journey increased my self awareness and personal resilience exponentially.

As a result I bring a different perspective to the way I coach people looking at performance and potential holistically.  Building personal resilience, working with self image, tapping into intuition and managing energy are all critical elements I build into programs to help leaders and their teams excel. I'd love to talk more with you about what you really want to achieve in life and business.

Outside of work I enjoy savouring good food and great wine with family and friends, exploring tropical holiday destinations such as InterContinental Fiji and InterContinental Hayman Island Resort, and participating in social touch football.
